    • Employment opportunities through an employment stipend program
  • Health:
    • Offers education, resources and services for all Marylanders affected by HIV/AIDS
    • Primary Care Medical Clinic
    • Mental Health Services: Case Management for Mental Illness, Psychotherapy
    • Mental Health Diagnostic Assessments, Support Groups
    • HIV/AIDS Testing and Counseling (Monday -Friday 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 until 5:00 p.m). Thursday evening 5:30 until 8:30 p.m.
    • Client Education Bilingual Help Line, HIV/STD/TB Presentations, Capacity Building Support Groups, Training Workshops, Prevention Community Advisory Board.
  • Housing:
    • Housing Services Department: Helps find housing for people living with HIV/AIDS through housing counselors and housing case managers
    • Offers rental subsidies for housing for HIV-positive, homeless persons when allocations are available
    • Special Programs: At the Door Program for Newly Released Prisoners, Financial Assistance for Transitional Housing.
  • Legal Services:
    • Legal Services Department: provides FREE legal services to anyone in Maryland who has HIV/AIDS.Includes:
      -Social Security Law
      -Estate Planning Law
      -Last Wills & Testaments
      -Debtor/Creditor Law
      -Bankruptcy
      -Guardianship Law
      -Domestic Law
