Adelante Familia operates several Programs:
Adelante Familia (formerly known as St. Michael Outreach Center) is a bilingual program of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore that provides culturally competent and linguistically specific domestic violence prevention and crisis intervention services to Spanish speaking immigrant families. Adelante Familia aspires to provide a comprehensive approach to domestic violence prevention and intervention for the underserved Latino immigrant population.
Adelante Familia operates out of three locations; Southeast Baltimore (main office) and two satellite offices located in Baltimore County, respectively Lansdowne and Essex. In addition to the services, Adelante Familia partners with the House of Ruth, Baltimore Medical Systems, the Maryland Committee for Children and Maryland Children's Health Program, among others which offer services out of Adelante Familia's Southeast Baltimore location.
